Focus: legs, equipment needed (dumbbells, recommended 8-10 lbs)

For best results, do 2x through. If it feels too easy, increase reps.


Stretch your legs before beginning.

100 jumping jacks

50 high knees

20 dumbbell deadlifts w/ weight

15 Single leg squats per leg (add weight 2nd time)

10 lateral lunges per leg w/ weight

50 calf raises w/ weight

50 squat jumps

20 cross back lunges w/ weight

20 slow sumo squats w/ weight

50 calf raises w/ weight

20 squat press w/ weight

15 standing side leg raises per leg

15 standing front leg raises per leg

Make sure to stretch your glutes, hamstrings, and hips!
