100 jumping jacks

50 high knees

20 Single leg deadlift per leg

15 Single leg squats per leg

25 candlestick tuck jumps

50 calf raises

50 squat jumps

20 Alternating jump lunges

20 slow sumo squats

10 side lying leg lifts per leg

Make sure to stretch afterwards.
