Focus: core & flexibility (legs and back)


cardio- 100 jumping jacks or 50 high knees or 25 burpees

20 superman V-ups

20 flutter kicks

30 second hollow hold

20 scissor kicks

15 oblique leans with kettlebell

30 second bridge w/ left leg lifted

30 second bridge w/ right leg lifted

20 knee bridges (backbend from your knees)

20 lying side leg raises (right, then left)

15 straddle leg lifts per leg (right, left, then together)

10 leg pulse per leg

1 minute splits w/ stepper (raised surface)
