  • Wrist Extension Stretches on All Fours(w/ rock)

    • Book

    • Butterfly

    • Front

    • Palms Up

Ankles

  • Roll Ankles on All Fours

  • Squat and Stretch Achilles

Neck

  • Left, right, front, back & ADD resistance with each (facepalm)

Back

  • Twist to Each Side

  • Cat

  • Seal

  • Bridge

Arms/shoulders

  • Each Arm Across Chest

  • Each Arm Behind Back

Splits with partner (all: hold for 1 minute, middle: add tug for 30 seconds)
