Workouts

Workouts recommended by your coaches are linked below! If a workout requires equipment, it will be specified. At the top of the workout, it will also specify what the focus is of that workout.

All of these workouts apply and work well for any athlete, but bases and backspots should definitely focus on the workouts that build leg strength and arm strength. Workouts 1-4 are lower intensity and beginner level workouts and then after that, the workouts increase in intensity. Challenge yourself after you've done a couple lower level workouts.
