Week 1

Hello! This week, we will be gradually working to ease back into workouts. As a general pattern, we will try to alternate between skill-specific workouts and strength/cardio workouts. After the first week, we will begin to incorporate jumps into every day's workout, so prepare yourself for that, too :) Flyers should try to do the workout and then do the stretches in addition. The warm up portion of each day is very important and we ask that you plesae make sure to warm your body up before jumping right in to the workout.
