Robot Description: The "Loose Screw" robot is composed of four main components: the friction drive, the rotational base, the geared arm and the rack and pinion claw. The drive train enables the robot to move linearly forward and backwards, whilst the rotating base enables the arm to rotate one full revolution clockwise or counterclockwise. The arm controlled by a gear is able to move up and down to reach the height of the objects. The claw also using a rack and pinion opens and closes accordingly.
