Robot Description:  The "Swag Bot" is composed of three main components: the drivetrain, scissor lift, and claw. The drive train makes use of two geared motors in the front and a Delrin slide in the rear. The scissor lift uses a geared motor to pull the system up and down. The claw uses a geared motor to fit the claw around the block for transport.
