Performance and Development

For 2021, as was the case in 2020, all school staff need to meet the 'statement of expectations' for their mode of employment (teacher class, education support, principal class). 

The information contained here supports that work. 

The Statement of Expectation

The Department have outlined their expectations for Performance and Development on their Policy Advisory Library site for each class of employment. All teachers have been allocated a reviewer from the leadership team and this reviewer will meet with the employee no less than three times a year for a coaching conversation about the PDP process and the statement of expectation.
