1.  Shut Down, Then Restart

Do not just Sign Out or close the Chromebook lid; actually Shut Down.  Once you sign out, there will be a Shut Down button in the lower-left corner and a shut down button within the settings pop-up window in the lower-right.

2.  Clear Your Chrome Browsing Data

Get in the habit of doing this every 1-2 weeks. Also use this when websites or images won't load.

4.  Check your WIFI (internet) connectivity

Sometimes it helps to disconnect/forget the network, then reconnect.  You can do so within your Settings on the Chromebook.

5. Update Your Chrome OS

Your Chromebook operating system (Chrome OS) is supposed to update automatically, but sometimes it gets behind. If it gets more than two versions behind, it stops auto-updating.  Follow these steps to update your Chrome OS so you are running smoothly.

Tried ALL five steps above, carefully following all the directions, and are still stuck?  Take your Chromebook to the "Tech Spec" at your site. They may try one or two other tricks OR submit a KACE work order.
