Women's Rights in Zambia

Abigail Rice completed her Global Capstone project spring of 2022 during her senior year. Her interest in the topic was inspired by the film "Girl Rising" watched throughout her Global Academy career. The film shines a light on many different young women and provides ways in which the world must continue to value them as individuals. Through research, she found that Zambia had a high demand for women's education and reproductive education. By collaborating with various organizations in Zambia she was able to create a website containing different education showing several ways for women to stand up for themselves when in danger.
