Thank you for reading the CEO Update Newsletter and for responding so quickly when action is needed. We are grateful for the partnership we share with each of you. CPDLF is strong because of our learners, our Learning Coaches, and our dedicated team. We truly value every family in our community.
As many of you are aware, cyber charter schools across Pennsylvania are navigating a period of increased scrutiny and legislative changes. While the environment may feel uncertain at times, please know this: we are committed to protecting your choice in public education and continuing to serve your learners with excellence.
Here are a few important updates and action items:
Residency Verification - Due March 1, 2026
Residency Verification - Due March 1, 2026
Residency verifications must be submitted to both CPDLF and your school district of residence by March 1, 2026.
CPDLF will forward documentation we receive to your local district.
However, your district may require you to complete the PDE Cyber Charter School Enrollment and Residency Verification Form directly with them.
Under Act 47 of 2025, districts are likely to contact families to request proof of residency.
If you are contacted by your local school district, please respond promptly. Families are required to respond to both CPDLF and their district to remain compliant.
