Welcome to our Class!
My name is Anna Stec, and I am so excited to be a part of the Martin family! This is my first year teaching kindergarten, and I cannot wait to begin this exciting journey with your family. I was born and raised in McKinney, Texas, and I am thrilled to now be a part of the Celina community!
I come from a big family and am the oldest of five siblings. When I am not in the classroom, I love spending time with my family and friends, watching my brothers play baseball, and hanging out with my puppy! I have a Maltipoo named Craig, who I absolutely adore!
I am so excited for the opportunity to work together to support your sweet kindergartner. This year will be filled with learning, laughter, and so many fun memories. Kindergarten is such a special place, and I am so thankful to be a part of it. I can't wait to have an amazing year together!

Please be sure to check and sign your students Blue Daily Folders. This will be where behavior notes if needed will be, daily notes, sight words, and other information will be sent home. If behavior log is blank, this means your students has had a GREAT DAY! This is also where you can send notes to school.

PROCEDURES
Snack/Water: Please send your child with a snack and flip top water bottle everyday. Only water is allowed in the classroom!
Sometimes we don’t have time to pack a snack at home, we forget it, or we are still hungry after we finish our snack. We have a long time from breakfast to lunch and to the end of our day... I want to make sure every kiddo has a full tummy! If you would like to donate snacks to the classroom we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your support!
Change of Clothes: Please return the ziplock bag that you will receive on Meet the Teacher Night with a complete change of clothes for your child. Please include a shirt, shorts/pants, underwear, and socks. This bag will be kept in our class restroom in case an accidents occurs.
Birthdays: I would love to celebrate your child on their special day! You may drop off a labeled, store bought treat in the office. Cookies and cupcakes are great options. Please check with me on class size and allergies beforehand.
Dismissal Changes: If you need to change the way your child gets home, please email me and call the front office by 2:00 PM.
Breakfast & Lunch: Create an account at SchoolCafe.com/CELINAISD to add funds to your child's lunch account.
Parents/Guardians: Complete the Volunteer Background Check. You will need this completed to attend our field trip and to volunteer at school.
