Welcome 3rd Grade Families,

My name is Monica Di Nocco (Dih-knock-oh)! I am so excited to be your student's teacher this year! 

Ever since I was in the first grade, my response to the question, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" was, "I want to be a teacher!". I went on to make my dream a reality, where this will be my seventh year teaching and my first year at MES. 

I love spending time building a strong classroom community where your student feels safe, empowered to take risks, and can enjoy the fun and learning at school each day. 3rd grade is such a fun year-- I can't wait to get to know your family and join the amazing community here.

When I am not at school, you can find me spending time outdoors with my golden retriever, Luke, enjoying a coffee at Starbucks, out to dinner with friends, traveling or reading a good book!
