Objectives and General Description

The objective is to briefly touch upon what certificate authorities do for digital security. The videos outline web certificates, public key encryption, and how to find these two items on a website. In addition, the section covers trust models, which measure security strength.

Activities

Activity 3.8.1 (flipped assignment, Budget 20 minutes in class)

Students are given this assignment.  Results can be discussed briefly in class.
