On the second page of the application form, your referral must:
Select “Internal (referred by an existing BruntWork Staff)” under How did you hear about BruntWork?
Enter the referrer's email address in the Referrer Email Address field

To qualify:
The candidate must know about the opportunity and consent to being referred
The candidate must personally know the referrer. Referrals where the candidate does not know the referrer will not qualify for an incentive.
The referrer must agree to have their name mentioned during candidate outreach
If multiple people refer the same candidate, only the first recorded referrer qualifies
There is no limit to how many referrals you can submit
Please ensure your referral understands that:
Their resume and contact information will be submitted to BruntWork
They will go through BruntWork’s standard recruitment process
Hiring decisions and application outcomes remain confidential and will only be communicated directly to them
Referral incentives are awarded only if ALL conditions below are met:
✅ The referred candidate is hired as a New Hire
✅ The candidate remains active with the same client for at least 3 consecutive months
✅ The referrer is still actively engaged with BruntWork when the incentive is processed
❌ The candidate is hired as a Rehire (previously offboarded from BruntWork) or an Internal Hire (currently has an active client under BruntWork)
❌ Candidate works less than 3 consecutive months
❌ Candidate was previously sourced through another channel or already exists in our system
❌ Candidate is onboarded more than 6 months after initial application
Important:
The 6-month eligibility period starts from the candidate’s first recorded entry in our system, not from the referral submission date.
Approved incentives will be processed in the next payroll cycle after the candidate successfully completes 3 consecutive months with the same client.
Any disputes regarding referral ownership, eligibility, or incentive qualification will be reviewed and decided by the Sourcing Team Manager.
