The Q2 2025 Satisfaction Survey is now live! Ask your Staff Services Partner for the link and share your feedback!
At the start of every shift that you work, you must clock into our timekeeping system: FastDTR.
When you end your shift, you must clock out from FastDTR.
Accurate timesheet recording is extremely important, as it determines how much you will be paid.
You will not be paid for hours that are not recorded and not approved in FastDTR.
Ensuring your timesheets are properly logged and hours approved is your responsibility.
Your Staff Services Partner will monitor your recorded hours and approve or unapproved hours as per our policies.
Click the lines below to read answers to common questions about FastDTR:
If you have a plotted shift schedule, any hours you log within that schedule will generally be approved straight away. Ensure that when you are clocked in, you are fully available to work with your client - you respond to their messages and calls straight away. Be proactive in asking what you need to do and be actively working.
Any hours worked outside of your shift schedule must be approved by your client and the approval seen by your Staff Services Partner.
Click here to view the process of acquiring approval for recording hours outside your shift or additional hours above your weekly/monthly hours cap.
If you were not able to record hours that you worked and that should have been logged or if your recorded hours are incorrect, you should contact your Staff Services Partner, who is able to adjust your timesheet if you follow the process listed under "What happens if I forget to log hours in my timesheet?"
Important: Once the last day of a payment cycle has passed, any timesheet adjustments must be made in 24 hours or one (1) business day. If the approval cut-off has passed, the timesheet will no longer be adjusted for that payment cycle period.
If you record hours where you did not work, and did not make yourself available when your client was trying to contact you within your scheduled shift, your client may dispute hours you've logged.
Your Staff Services Partner will reach out to you to clarify whether those hours should have been logged and un-approve them, if necessary.
If you have clear proof of work and/or correspondence with the client during that time, we may approve the hours, particularly if the client agrees to resolve the dispute.
