Have any questions? Ask our Staff Services Assistant
In the event things don't work out, either you or your client may choose to terminate the role and part ways with BruntWork.
You must notify your Staff Services Partner and provide at least four (4) weeks' notice or as required in your contract.
As per your Independent Contractor agreement terms, any unsettled fees may be withheld if you do not provide the minimum required notice period.
As an Independent Contractor, you may or may not be provided with a notice period should your client no longer require your role. This will be dependent on your client, their circumstances, and is, ultimately, their decision.
Your Staff Services Partner will conduct a brief offboarding call via Google Meet video call and discuss the details of your termination and the following:
Your unsettled fees shall be processed within 30 days, in order for our payments team to reconcile any pending items such as perks deductions, timesheet disputes, and equipment returns.Â
We will send you an Offboarding Feedback Form. Please complete this as soon as possible, as we are unable to process your unsettled fees until it is completed.
Generally, BruntWork perks or benefits are terminated together with your contract. However, if you already paid for the subscription of certain perks (i.e. HMO), you will be able to still utilize it until the end of the paid period. For loans (TendoPay), any unsettled balance will be endorsed directly to them for collection.
