Contractors interested in applying for an additional job can follow these steps:
Visit the Bruntwork Careers Site
Go to the Bruntwork Careers website and select the job you wish to apply for.
Prepare the Required Documents
Complete the Pre-Screening Assessments
Gather Additional Information
Ensure you have the following details ready:
Your current client job schedule (please specify in Manila time).
The total number of working hours you have per week.
Your preference for an additional job (either Part-Time or Full-Time).
Obtain Client Approval
SCENARIOS
Can they have multiple BruntWork roles/clients at the same time?
Scenario 1: Existing BW Role is Full Time, they want an additional Full-Time BW Role
BW will not put them forward to an additional Full-Time BW role, in any circumstance, on the basis we don't feel they will have the capacity to perform well with so much work.
Scenario 2: Existing BW Role is Full Time, they want an additional Part-Time BW Role
BW will put them forward for the additional Part-Time role if the schedules do not overlap, and their Full-Time client has provided email approval they are fine for them to take the additional role.
Scenario 3: Existing BW Role is Part Time, they want an additional Full-Time BW Role
No approval from the existing Part-Time client is required.
Need to disclose to the new Full-Time client that they will work for another BW client on a Part-Time basis outside their Full-Time hours.

Scenario 4: Existing BW Role is Part Time, they want an additional Part-Time BW Role

No need for approvals or disclosures to either client.
Can BruntWork Contractors have multiple roles/jobs at the same time with another EXTERNAL company?
Yes, as Independent Contractors, and under terms of their Independent Contractor Agreement, BruntWork agents can't be made to work exclusively for us/our clients. We have no control or direction what they do outside the the time they are billing us for their work.
However, their role can be terminated if they are working in another job that could be a conflict of interest with us or our client (such as working at a competitor company).
Secondly, if their external job has a conflicting/overlapping work schedule, we may also terminate their BW role because they are unable to deliver their contracted services in the agreed schedule times.
