Contract Certificate or Certificate of Employment (COE)

If you are an Independent Contractor with BruntWork, our Staff Services team can provide you with a Contract Certificate (which is equivalent to a Certificate of Employment for documentary requirements).

A Contract Certificate can be used for official documentation such as bank, loan, or visa applications.

Simply fill out this form to request your Contract Certificate and select "Document Request" under "Concern Category":

If you are a Philippine Employee under BruntWork, we will provide you with a Certificate of Employment (COE).

Notes:

• As an Independent Contractor, you are considered as "self-employed" and COE is not applicable.

• You may refer to the title of your contract with BruntWork for the type of contract you have.
