Certificate of Compensation or Employment

If you are an Independent Contractor with BruntWork, our Staff Services team can provide you with a Certificate of Compensation (which is equivalent to a Certificate of Employment for documentary requirements).

A Certificate of Compensation can be used for official documentation such as bank, loan, and visa applications.

Simply fill out this form to request your COC and select "Document Request" under "Concern Category":

If you are a Philippine Employee under BruntWork, we will provide you with a Certificate of Employment (COE).

Notes:

• As an Independent Contractor, you are considered as "self-employed" and COE is not applicable.

• You may refer to the title of your contract with BruntWork for the type of contract you have.
