How to Request a Timesheet Adjustment

You can request a timesheet adjustment by:

1. Adding a comment to your timesheet using the Adding Timesheet Comments guide; or

2. Contacting your assigned SSP through Basecamp or your other designated communication channel and requesting that the timesheet be updated.

A valid proof of work is required to support all timesheet adjustment requests.

What Counts as Valid Proof of Work? 

Proof of work should clearly demonstrate that you worked during the hours being requested. Examples include:

• Screenshots of conversations with the client showing a captured timestamp

• Screenshots of client meetings showing a captured timestamp

• Meeting minutes documenting your participation

• Written confirmation from the client confirming that the work was completed

• Task completion or activity reports with a visible timestamp

Timesheet adjustment requests must be submitted to your SSP immediately after your shift ends or within 24 business hours.

For end-of-cycle timesheets, disputes and adjustment requests must be submitted by the next business day:

• 1st–15th cycle: Submit by the following business day.

• 16th–end of month cycle: Submit by the following business day.

Requests submitted after the payment adjustment deadline may no longer be included in the current pay cycle. Any resulting payment adjustment will be reflected in the next applicable pay cycle.

⚠️ Important: Working Outside Your Regular Schedule

If you are requesting an adjustment for hours worked outside your normal shift schedule, you must provide both:

• Proof of work showing that you worked during the requested hours; and

• Written client approval confirming that the client requested or authorized you to work those hours.

Tip: The sooner you report a timesheet issue, the easier it is to verify and process the adjustment.
