Adding Timesheet Comments

What's new: Contractors and managers can now add comments directly on specific timesheets in Fast DTR.

Availability: Comments are available only for editable Pending or Approved timesheets and are disabled once locked for payment processing.

Before: Discussions happen across chat, email, or DMs, with manual timesheet referencing.

Now: Users can submit text notes and attach supporting files, such as screenshots or manual logs, directly in the side panel.

Purpose: * To provide a direct communication channel between contractors and SSPs regarding specific timesheet entries.

• To allow for clarifications, dispute resolutions, and document sharing without leaving Fast DTR.

• To keep all related discussions and supporting files organized within the relevant timesheet entry for easy reference and review.
