The most important thing to ensure is that you know when you need to start on your first day with your client, and are ready to work and connect with them. If you have any questions or are unsure about this, please let the person you are speaking to BruntWork know you require assistance as soon as possible.
Apart from connecting with client from your first day with us, here's a checklist of things you'll need to complete (click each line below to expand) or you can check this Onboarding Guide from Tango :
Please login to your Staff Portal to provide your bank account details.
Need the SWIFT code? Please refer to this table for the SWIFT codes for commonly used banks.
Before your first working day (or shortly after), we'll send you your official independent contractor agreement. Please read, sign, and return this to us as soon as possible.
Note: This is different from the BruntWork Offer email our recruitment team sends you.
Prior to your first working day, we'll send you an invitation to login to your BruntWork email address via Zoho Mail.

1. Bruntwork New Hire Information - email from the Training Team
This contains the details of your New Hire Orientation, your trainer, Zoom details, and instructions on what you have to complete before your training
2. Welcome Email - this has a subject line of "Welcome to BruntWork". This email from your Staff Services Partner or SSP contains details of your:
Staff Onboarding - This is your one-on-one discussion with your designated SSP before your Day 1.
Note: This is different from your New Hire Orientation Training with the BruntWork Trainers.
Client Meeting on Day 1 - These are details of your 1st meeting with your client.
3. Client Introduction Email - email from your Client Success Manager or CSM. You are just looped in on this email and, unless asked, no action will be required from your end. This is just for your CSM to introduce you to your client.
Before you start your first day with your client, our training team will invite you to an initial New Hire Orientation session over Zoom, which will cover the basics and to-do's in working with BruntWork and other important information.
Depending on your role, you may also be invited to participate in a Cultural Training session relevant to your client's location.
Note: if your start date is upcoming very soon, you may be invited to attend just after your first day working with your client.

Your Staff Services Partner will invite you for an onboarding call to run through your independent contractor agreement with BruntWork and answer any questions you might have.
Please refer to the Welcome Email sent by your Staff Services Partner for the schedule of your Onboarding.
Your SSP will instruct you how to send this email and what to write in it during your onboarding call above. You may also check the Ready to Work Email template here.
This email should be sent 15 minutes before you start your first shift with your client.

Prior to your first day, you'll receive an invitation to sign into FastDTR, BruntWork's timesheet system.
Every time you work for your client, you'll be required to log in and log out of your shift each day.
