How to Refer
Important Notice: Please note that referring a candidate does not guarantee automatic selection or employment. We value all referrals and carefully assess candidates based on their qualifications, skills, experience, and alignment with our organization. Our hiring process is fair and objective and applies to all candidates, including referrals. We are dedicated to selecting individuals who meet the job requirements and contribute to our success.

1.1 Please choose the job opening from our Careers site that you would like to refer to your friends and click the "Share job via email" button or share via other platforms available.
Make sure that your referral/s:
Click on the “I’m Interested” button
Fill out the application form
Upload an updated resume with essential details. For each work experience, provide a job title, company name, duration of employment, and a description of responsibilities. Additionally, include a list of systems and tools you are proficient in using
Choose “Referral: Internal (referred by an existing BruntWork Staff)” as the Hiring Source
Perform the Device Check.
Finish the Online Assessment.
Submit a Voice Sample
Fill out the Availability Form

Disclaimer: All BruntWork internal staff members are eligible to participate in the referral incentive program and will receive incentives for successful referrals with the exemption of the BW-Managers.
Tech and full Multilingual roles (full-time) - PhP 4,000 / COP 350,000
Tech and full Multilingual roles (part-time) - PhP 3,000 / COP 260,000
Non-Tech Roles (full-time) - PhP 2,000 / COP 170,000
Non-Tech Roles (part-time) - PhP 1,000 / COP 85,000
Requirements and reminders to avail of the incentive
Referral Process
The candidate must be aware of the job opening and that they are being referred to
If the candidate does not know the referrer, the incentive is not applicable.
The referring staff member must agree to have their name mentioned when the company contacts the candidate.
Only the first referrer will be incentivized if multiple staff members refer the same candidate.
There is no cap on the number of referrals a staff member can make.
Candidate Information
The candidate should know that their personal contact details and resume will be submitted to BruntWork.
All candidates will be evaluated according to company policies and procedures.
All information regarding the hiring decision will be strictly confidential and will only be disclosed to the candidate.
Incentive Eligibility
The referral incentive will be scheduled for crediting on the following payment cutoff after the candidate has worked three (3) consecutive months for the same client.
The referral incentive will only be credited if the successful referral was hired as a "New Hire", not a "Rehire" and/or "Internal Hire".
If the candidate works for less than three (3) consecutive months, no referral bonus will exist.
If the candidate has not been hired within six (6) months of being referred, the referral incentive will not be applicable, even if the candidate is hired later.
The referring staff member must still be active with BruntWork at the time the referral incentive is due for crediting.
Disputes
Any disputes about the incentives will be decided by the Sourcing Team Manager.
