We'll provide you with an @bruntwork.co email when you first start with us that you can use to email your client.
Depending on your client and role with them, they may also provide you with an email from their company domain, which you may need to use in your day to day work.
Setting Up Your BruntWork Email Account via Zoho Mail.
Once you have received your New Hire Information Email from the Training Team, you will then find the link to Zoho Mail. Click on "Sign In" and you will be prompted to put your Email address and Password which you will also find in your New Hire Information Email
2. Upon your first log in, you will be prompted to change your Zoho password. You have to complete this step before you'll be able to log in to your email.
3. You should be able to access your email after this step, In your inbox, you should be able to see an email from our IT Support Team about your Email Signature (Subject Line: Zoho Signature Set Up). This is just to inform you that our IT Team has already set up your BruntWork Email Signature and you need to reply to the email to confirm (or if you have issues on setting it up)
4. Lastly, upload your Profile Photo for your Zoho Account by going to the upper right hand corner of your Zoho Inbox and click "Change", then add your profile photo once the page to edit your profile appears.
NOTE: There will be instances where you will be sent or shared a link to documents, sheets and folders in your email. If you can't seem to access the files and is asking for permission to access it, please inform you SSP and request for an access using your Bruntwork email, and not any personal webmail profile you have (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail etc)
ZOHO CALENDAR AND TASKS
Part of the Zoho Mail features is that you will be able to track your meetings, touch points, etc via the Zoho Calendar. This is where you can see any meeting invitations sent to your BW email by your CSMs, SSP or your clients, including meeting invites you've sent using your BW email address.
To view your calendar and any meeting invite sent to you: just click on the calendar icon
To send a meeting invite: click on "New Event"
To track your tasks: click on the tasks icon and plot your daily/weekly tasks to help your productivity
