Asking questions and communicating with your client
Starting any new job can be difficult.
It's important that you ask any questions you have directly to clarify misunderstandings or confusion on your task.
Clients highly appreciate being asked questions as it demonstrates you are engaged in your role and you want to make sure you complete your tasks correctly.
We realise that not all clients are easy to work with, and you might not feel comfortable providing specific feedback to them.
In these cases, we advise you to reach out to your Staff Services Partner, who will discuss the situation with the client's Client Success Manager and take necessary action to help you resolve your issues.
