Be Kind and Courteous.
We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.
No Hate Speech or Bullying.
Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated.
Stalking and Ad Hominem Attacks are Prohibited.
Visiting people's accounts for stalking purposes is impermissible. Attacking the person themself and not the argument is not tolerated.
Respect Everyone's Privacy.
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group unless the original poster permits to share outside the group.
Use Business Language.
Our business language is English. We have a diverse community, and not everyone may understand your local language.
Limitation on Requests for Financial Assistance.
Posts requesting direct financial assistance, donations, or other forms of personal financial support are not allowed. Please keep personal posts focused on non-financial support and community engagement.
Social Posts
Posts must be reviewed by your Staff Services Partner. Personal posts are discouraged as we want to limit posts in the Message Board to work-related items.
