The DOCUMENT is the location where All PARTS, ASSEMBLIES, and DRAWINGS are created for a project
- The PART STUDIO tab is used to create parts.
- You can make make multiple parts in one PART STUDIO tab.
- The same SKETCH can be used to make different parts.
- It is recommended that you do not make duplicate parts in the Part Studio
- You can make make multiple parts in one PART STUDIO tab.
- The ASSEMBLY tab is used to orientate multiple parts together.
- The same part can be used multiple times in an assembly.
- The DRAWING tab is used to create a drawing of the part or assembly if necessary to guide the parts manufacture.
Click on CREATE to start a new part
Enter a name for your Part Studio and click OK
- Make sure the Private button in shaded BLUE
This window will open and you are ready to start designing your parts.
- Part Studio 1 tab should open as the default Tab
- Make sure your browser window is sized correctly so that the view cube is visible
- Reduce your browser window size if the VIEW CUBE is not visible.
