There is no longer a generic substitute secretary login for schools. Each substitute secretary has a unique WVEIS account that gets added to and removed from schools by regular school administrators.
These steps can be completed by any administrator/secretary with edit access to your school in WVEIS.
Add the user to your school's School Administrators list (SSCH.210).
Click Add
Begin typing the person's name in the "Person Lookup" box
Select the email address for the correct person
Add STAFF Administrator Code
Submit - the person immediately gains access to your school!
If the person is not available to add, send an IncidentIQ ticket to create them a substitute WVEIS login.
2. When the substitute is no longer at your school, delete them from your school's Administrators list
Select the person on the list
Click Delete
Click Submit or hit Enter
The person no longer has access to your school
