Credits can ONLY be maintained/edited at the school where they were earned.
To edit credits for a student who has left, change the year dropdown to go back in time and access their record.
Weighted Grade Points are used for GPA calculations - they must not be blank or zero
The Award Credits application (SSCRA.100C) has been opened so that ANYONE with edit access at a school can run it.
Award Credits will transcribe credits for the whole school unless you limit it. Use care!
This application should NOT be run by anyone but an administrator or authorized Counselor. Check with your administrator if you are not sure.
Credits will be awarded based on settings in School Offered Courses (SCRS.100). Check here first if you see transcription errors.
You can UNDO a transcription run in bulk or selectively with the Credit Award Batches application (SCRA.110)

The short version:
Use the "Transfer Credit?" checkbox to allow you to add any course in the state course catalog.
Use the Optional User Data Field to change the course title by typing two asterisks before the desired title.
Our students are NOT ranked. The Include in Rankings box on their records should be unchecked. (The state will help us get this done to start us off.)
Fiscal Year Grade Point Rankings will calculate each year's individual GPA for the transcript.
Cumulative Grade Point Rankings will calculate the overall GPA and must be run for each graduating year.
