Student Information

Important Notes on Student Transportation & Bus Information:

• Make all updates to student transportation information using Student School Buses (SBUS.101) in the Students menu or under More Apps on the student record.

• Some notes on recording transportation information:

  • AMBUS and PMBUS information is sent out to our calling system and other places that expect bus numbers only. Do not add anything else to these Bus fields.

  • Any notes, such as 'only ride in am but not pm' should go in the Notes area, not the Bus field.

  • Car rider information should only be recorded in AMALT, PMALT, or OTHER.

  • Do not change AMBUS or PMBUS numbers without contacting Melissa Baker (Transportation) first. She will update this information for all students based on their addresses, so if you get new information let her know first. (You can continue to update AMBUS and PMBUS Notes as needed.)

• There are also good reports on bus information:

  • Student Bus Assignments (SBUS.100A) - shows assignments by student

  • School Bus Students (SBUS.100B) - shows lists of students assigned to each bus/method

• Student Records (session video)
