Monday 9/9/19:

• We started by passing out our passports for the quarter-they can be used to leave the room for the bathroom, or locker.
• Then we read about the 5 themes of geography (pg 3-5 in our packet)
• We then worked on the reading review pg 6-7

Homework:

• Pg 6-7 due Tuesday
• Optional: Bring in kleenex, clorox wipes or hand sanitizer by Friday, 9/13 for a drawing

Tuesday 9/10/19:

• We did a fun follow directions activity
• Then we checked pg 6-7 that were due today
• We took notes on the 5 themes of geography and did a sorting activity to see if we could match examples with the theme!

Homework:

• None-unless you did not finish the 5 themes pg 6-7
• Optional: Kleenex, clorox wipes or hand sanitizer by Friday for drawing!

Wednesday 9/11/19:

• We talked about 9/11 and watched CNN10
• Then we took notes on Latitude and Longitude
• We started practicing on pg 8-not homework

Homework:

• Late work
• Optional: Bring in Kleenex, Clorox or Hand Sanitizer by Friday

Thursday 9/12/19:

• We started by reviewing Latitude and Longitude
• Then we did pg 8
• When you finished and had it corrected you played battleship with a classmate to practice latitude and longitude.

Homework:

• Finish Pg 8 by Friday
• Study 5 themes and Latitude/Longitude by Friday
• Optional: Bring in Kleenex, Clorox or Hand Sanitizer-Friday
• Late work-ASAP

Friday 9/13/19:

• We started by collecting late work/Pg 8
• Then we worked on our 5 themes and Latitude and Longitude Quiz
• If there was time we played Battleship
