Tuesday 2/20/2018:

• We started by collecting late work
• We then did the European Union Webquest on pages 6-8 in our workbook:

• Finish Webquest by Wednesday!

Wednesday 2/21/2018:

• We started by collecting late work
• Then we did the preview for ch 14 on page 9 in our workbook
• We then read Ch 14 sections 1-2
• We finished by doing pg 10 in our workbook-the geoterms
  • Either: definition and sentence OR definition and picture

Homework:

• Finish Ch 14 geoterms for Thursday
• Late work ASAP!

Thursday 2/22/2018:

• We started by collecting late work
• Then we updated ourselves on the Olympic Challenge.
• We then went to the Olympic Challenge page above and did a Current Event Activity
  • We looked at the news pages and found a news article (that we could understand and explain) that had to do with one of our round 1 countries)-preferably a different country than you did for the first current event review.
  • We then filled out one of the current events form from that site (direct page here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1AtE8aWXijqrZJrL6TIyDrAhLy64QZEyYbeOawEF-AVQ/edit)
    • If using the google doc please file---save copy---so you can edit it.
    • A printed copy needs to be in class on Monday!

Friday 2/23/2018:

• We started by collecting late work
• Then we did our update on the Olympic Challenge
• We then started our European Union Simulation...seeing what travel was like in Europe BEFORE the European Union!

Homework:

• Finish Olympic Article (See Thursday) by Monday
• Study Locations in Europe for Place Locations Test (3/2)-See bold locations on Pg. 1 of workbook
• Late work-ASAP!
