Geography 5/20-5/24/19

Monday 5/20/19:

• We started by collecting late work and ch 30 recycled tests that were due today!
• Then we took the Ch 31 Quiz
• We also checked the Hinduism Webquest
• Then we looked at what Timezones are and how to calculate them.
  • Worked on the practice on pg 13-14 in workbook

Homework:

Tuesday 5/21/19:

• We started by collecting late work

• Then we looked at the Timezone practice again
• We also did the timezone challenge

• Ch 31 Quiz-Recycling due Tuesday!

Wednesday 5/21/19:

• We started by collecting late work and recycled tests
• Then we did the climate map on pg 5 of the workbook.
• We then read CH 27 Sections 1-2 and did the geoterms and preview on pg 6-7

Homework:

• Pg 5-7 should be done For Thursday
• Late work ASAP
• Recycling Ch 31 Quiz? Due Tuesday

Thursday 5/22/19:

• We collected late work
• Then we read and did the activity with Ch 27 sections 3-4 (pg 8-9 in the workbook)
  • Remember to add a caption that summarizes the climate under the climate graph, and to add to the notes on the effects and adaptations piece.

Homework:

• Pg 5-9 should be done by Friday
• Late work ASAP
• Recycling CH 31 due by Tuesday

Friday 5/23/19:

• We collected late work
• Then we read and did the activity with Ch 27 sections 5-6 (pg 10-11 in the workbook)
