Missing Work From Quarter 1: Turn in by 11/12 for the Honor Roll,

or Last Day to turn in work is 11/19!

Monday 11/12/18:

• We started by collecting late work
• Then we worked on our vocabulary:
• We highlighted the 10 words from the vocab list (See vocabulary page for the handout)
• Then we looked at 5 words from our Geography content to focus on and complete the vocab packet for those 5 words (See below)
• Then we took the 15 words and made flash cards to study!
• We will use these words as our focus this year, the terms will help us better understand what questions are asking us to help us better ask questions and answer them

Homework:

• Late work-see above
• Finish flashcards and study the terms!

Tuesday 11/13/18:

• We collected late work
• Then we continued our discussion of sovereign states and the roles of the government.
• We finished by making our own decisions for our own States!

Homework:

• Late work ASAP
• Study vocab...another test will be coming before break!
• Create a State-due Thursday!

Wednesday 11/14/18:

• We started by collecting late work
• Then we had work time on the Create a State Project
• We then read pg 8-10 in our new workbook and answered questions on pg 11

Thursday 11/15/18:

• We started by collecting late work
• Then we discussed landforms
• We started drawing landforms on pg 16-19 you can use textbook pg 28-29 to help!
