Geography 2/4-2/8/19

Tuesday 2/5/19:

• We started by collecting late work
• We then added languages to our maps:
  • 14 countries speak Arabic
  • Israel speaks Hebrew
  • Turkey speaks Turkish
  • Afghanistan speaks Afghani
  • Iran speaks Persian
• Then we checked in our Fanschool and our head to head matchups this week!
  • Reminder that all trades must come from both teams and have signatures from each of them. Mrs. Polaschek will then make the trade for you!
• We also took Map Quiz #1

Homework

• Late work ASAP
• Finish SW Asia Map by Wednesday, Quiz 2 on Wednesday

Wednesday 2/6/19:

• We started by collecting late work
• Then we did the 2nd map quiz using our SW Asia Maps
• Then we did a quick Fanschool introduction
• We then read about Judaism on pg 15 of the workbook. We will be having a speaker tomorrow to share the basics of Judaism with the class!
• If there was time we started the introduction to SW Asia notes!
