In Farm to School . . . 

• We planted berry bushes by the drive way going out to the main road and planted them outside the high school lobby.

• Then we started making the oat-standing oat meal bread again. See photos below.

• On Thursday we added yeast and flour to the other ingredients from Tuesday. Then we kneaded the bread and put it in a bowl with one other group then let it rise. But before we let it rise, we did the check to see if we were done kneading. 

• We had to get a little piece of bread and hold it up to the light and if you could see through it. It was done if you could and if it couldn't it needed more kneading. See photos of students kneading and checking their work below.
