In ELA. . .
On Monday this week we completed five pages in our ELA work packet about animals hiding and animals lying low.
On Tuesday we finished our packet and while we were working Mr. L. let us watch a video about the basilisk lizard a lizard that can run over water.
Also six people entered a poem contest where you can win up to five hundred dollars in cash prizes.
And on Wednesday we had a test about a chapter in a book called "shells" and a video about animals that camouflage.
And finally we got to pick the animals for our chose your own adventure book that we are going to write and we got to do a little bit of research on them most people picked their own animal to research but they have to do extra work for their animal. Those people have to research an animal in a group of people and research their own animal the animals that they can pick for a group are the three banned armadillo, springbok, monarch butterfly and the ostrich. And the other people only have to work in a group on one animal.
Also on Friday we had a four question test about the text that we read on Thursday the text which was about animal defenses.
