This week:
On Monday we had a star student, she shared a 3D printed dragon with the class.
On Tuesday in our circle we shook each others hands and passed a squish cheese, when the cheese got to you, you would say your name. We did these activities because we had visitors. Look at more details about our visitors on the home page.
On Tuesday we also did a folding project, Fortune Teller. We used it during an E.L.A. test. When you got frustrated or wanted a break you would open the fortune teller and it would have some kind of encouraging word(s). See the picture of the fortune teller below.
On Thursday we greeted our partners and we looked at the quote. Then we did the levitating stick.
The levitating stick is a initiative where we use a volleyball pole and everyone has to be touching the pole with 1 finger horizontally. If anyone's fingers comes off the stick we have to start over. The goal is to get the stick to the ground, and to cooperate.
On Friday we did the levatating stick in 2 groups so there where fewer people. The first group did it, then the second group did it too with just a little bit of struggle.
