ESOL/Title III Resource Annual Review

In an effort to be excellent stewards of the district funds, the ESOL team conducts an annual collection and count of all resources. All federal guidance for inventory of equipment is detailed in the APS Federal Programs Handbook. All federal programs, including Title III, in the district follow the procedures outlined in APS Federal Programs Handbook.

Schools Use of Title III Equipment

Equipment purchased with Title III funds is exclusively utilized by eligible Title III staff, parents, and students. The Title III program reserves the right to monitor equipment purchased with Title III funds at any time. Title III utilizes Green Stickers to identify equipment purchased with Title III funds. 

Note: APS has not purchased any inventoriable equipment through Title III funds for 5 years.
