Parent Teacher Association

All parents, guardians and teachers are automatically members of the PTA. The PTA's two-fold purpose is to support the education of all students by the fundraising activities that take place throughout the academic year and to help to develop a strong sense of community which benefits RPA parents and the wider local community.

The PTA's biggest fundraising event is the The Fireworks Spectacular in the autumn term, which is a community event for all those in school plus the wider community. In the spring term a Quiz night takes place for RPA teachers and parents only. A number of smaller fundraising events take place throughout the year.

The PTA also have a donation system in place where parents can dontate the cost of 1 or 4 coffees a week via a monthy donation. If you would like to donate to the PTA on a regular or one off basis please contact us on the email address below. All money raised goes directly back into the school to support the chilldren.

We have termly, informal, meetings to discuss initiatives. You are warmly invited to attend; new thoughts and ideas are always very welcome. If you would like to join the PTA or come along to a meeting for more information, please contact us on the email below. We would love to hear from you!

RPA PTA fundraising the free and easy way!

If you shop online you can help RPA PTA raise money at no cost to you. Easyfundraising has 3300 retailers including Amazon, Ocado and Marks & Spencer who will all donate a % of every sale back to us at Richmond Park Academy.
