Everyone is expected to maintain the highest standards of personal conduct, to accept responsibility for their behaviour and encourage others to do the same.

We aim to treat each student as an individual and expect each student to achieve high standards, displaying the academy attributes at all times, creativity, professionalism, resilience, independence, collaboration and respect.

Actions that students choose will have consequences :

• Good choices will result in praise and rewards (Achievement Points are awarded to students for going above and beyond basic expectations and are celebrated in a number of different ways)

• Poor choices will result in consequences (The restorative measures and sanctions system is consistent across the Academy and gives students the opportunity to reflect on their actions and change their behaviour)
