Students - what do I do if I don’t feel safe?

If you have any concerns about your safety, or the safety of anyone else then speak to the Safeguarding team (see below) or to any of the Pastoral Team.  You will also find lots of support information on the student anti-bullying page.  It is always better to talk to someone.

The online world is ever changing, making it a challenge to keep up to speed with what your son/daughter is doing.  Below are some useful websites that provide a whole host of ways to keep your child safe online.

Has someone done something online that has made you or a child or young person you know feel worried or unsafe? Click the graphic left to make a report to one of CEOP's experienced Child Protection Advisors. 

ThinkUKnow is a free, evidence-based cyber safety program that provides accessible cyber safety education to parents, carers and teachers.

Childline is a free 24 hour counselling service for children and young people up to 18 in the UK, provided by the NSPCC.

Childnet -a non-profit organisation working with others to help make the internet a great and safe place for children.

Advice for parents and carers on cyberbullying.  This advice is for parents and carers about cyberbullying.  It provides advice and information about how they can protect their child from cyberbullying and how to tackle it if it happens.
