3. CONDUCT HEARING
   1. CLOSED SESSION – STUDENT’S ACADEMIC PROGRESS HEARING/EXPULSION 21.5(1)(a) and/or (e)—The following motion will need to be made to go into closed session: I move that we hold a closed session as provided in section 21.5(1)(a) and/or (e) of the Code of Iowa, to conduct a student hearing for academic progress and possible expulsion.
   2. OPEN SESSION – BOARD DECISION ON STUDENT ACADEMIC PROGRESS AND POSSIBLE EXPULSION
