Draft first: Using pencil,

Draw four pictures

parent, culture, school, community

1. Sketch a picture of a parent either your mum or dad.

(pictures of parent are just pencil - no colouring)

2. Draw a symbol that represents your culture

(this can be coloured in using pastels)

3. Draw a picture/ symbol that represents our school

(this can be coloured in using crayons or pastels)

Examples: school emblem, uniform, a chromebook

4. Draw a picture/ symbol that represents our community

Examples: church, Pt England beach, G.I pools

(this can be coloured in using pastels or crayons)

5. Using small strips, draw patterns from their culture for the border

6. On another sheet of paper draw your name in block letters only then they have to colour them in using one colour Final Copy Get good paper from your teacher
