1.) Slide the Pulley Flange about 1" onto the Large Shaft.

2.) Slide a Pulley Clip onto the Large Shaft until it is next to the Pulley Flange.

3.) Slide the Pulley Clamp onto the Large Shaft until it is next to the Pulley Spacer and the slot in the two parts align.

4.) Hold the Parts together and glue with the thin acrylic glue. Spring clamps are useful to help hold the parts together.

5.) Use a #4-40 x 1" round head screw and a #4-40 nut to clamp the pulley assembly to the shaft.
