From the dimension on the Shaft Support Assembly drawing:

• Create The Collar, Bearing, and Base-Plate. 
• Insert all models on an “Inch Template.idw” C-size border for printing. Enter  in the title block your name, Section number, problem number and date. 
• Refer to Sample Drawing Layout below.
