Internet - Appropriate Use Violation Notice

Students who access restricted items on the Internet shall be subject to the appropriate action described in the school’s discipline policy or student handbook or to the follow consequences:
1. First Violation
A verbal and written “Warning” notice will be issued to the student. The student may lose Internet access for a period of time as decided by the supervising teacher and administrator. A copy of the notice will be mailed to the student’s parent.
2. Second Violation
A verbal and written “Warning” notice will be issued to the student. The student shall forfeit all internet privileges for a minimum of 15 days until reinstated. A copy of the notice will be mailed to the student’s parent.
3. Subsequent Violations
Upon receipt of additional violations, the school administration may revoke all rights to the Internet for just cause
