roger: yes. 1/ native speaker, no. my english is a catastrophy ;)

wolfhesse: just like in chatboards.. an avatar..

wolfhesse: i have about 2000 accounts.. from games. wolfhesse got feedback when 2009 university protests took place in vienna. i left it at that. it's a developed persona

wolfhesse: most people recognize me as both, roger and wolfhesse in real life. they know how to differentiate that. i do not declare taxes as wolfhesse ;) i keep that separated.

Barry Kort: Is this a real world business enterprise or an instance of Installation Art or Guerrilla Theatre?

wolfhesse: sfe is an existing company. it started with that art channel.

wolfhesse: a colleague of mine did establish the underlying technical system

wolfhesse: it is a sample for a currently running and funded project i have a part in

wolfhesse: the company has no part in _my_ project right now. i just have means to support that. computers, systems..

wolfhesse: fb is for publishing, when things are ready. they are not, yet

wolfhesse: i have to take care for construction on the 'other side' things are simply not ready by now

Barry Kort: Very well. I will do that for you this time. But I am doing it under protest that it's an abuse of my good offices to be fragmenting our conversation in four different spaces.

wolfhesse: i understand that. 30% were pissed off. i work with the 70% that stay.

wolfhesse: this is real world processes.

Barry Kort: This is an idiotic way to do business.

wolfhesse: given the options to do it that way or not at all, i do it that way

wolfhesse: there are samples of successes that started much more chaotic.

Barry Kort: Understand that if I remain engaged, everything involving me will be rapidly made public.

wolfhesse: as you whish. nobody else has thoughts about that. i think it is worth a discussion, but i have other priorities right now..

wolfhesse: the enterprise aspect is premature, but not without reasoning behind

wolfhesse: on the other hand, we have to somewhat 'protect' different workloads and issues from one-another

Barry Kort: My practice is to exhibit my work, including my own reasoning, and allow peer review to do its thing.

wolfhesse: my invitation was meant as a question.. 'would you be willing to observe, when something will be available"..

Barry Kort: Therefore, to the extent that I am called upon, understand that my participation will be open sourced.

wolfhesse: an observer role, more than active interminglement.. which led to minor chaos, i see that now.

Barry Kort: What is the point of being an observer, unless I am at liberty to bear accurate witness to that which I am observing?

wolfhesse: yes. everything will land in public domain. nevertheless, individuals beg for protection.. a couple of persons were overloaded already, very active people.. i just pinged them. they resonded with 'pong'

Barry Kort: That which I observe is subject to being disclosed, within the scope of scientific ethics.

wolfhesse: your primary role was meant to notify _me_.. if something has logical fallacies.

wolfhesse: b/c there is, where your talents are.

Barry Kort: I am not prepared to protect the privacy of others who come to me in search of participants in an open source enterprise in the public interest.

Barry Kort: I am notifying you that it is an ethical impropriety to ask me to privately do your ethical reasoning for you as a public service, without a private contract between you and me. And I am not prepared to enter into any such private contract at this time. And probably not ever, as that is not my practice.

wolfhesse: yes. acknowledged.

Barry Kort: Do you have any problem with that?

wolfhesse: not at all.

wolfhesse: my expectation is, ideas will expand quite a lot from here on, before processes are established, and compaction can develop. it's too much for everyone, probably.. i see no reason to stop that.

wolfhesse: i just notice that there are immensely variant forms, how 'human brain perceives information and directs its focus' ;) i did not mean to disturb you.
