"Everything Old Is New Again." ~All That Jazz
A set of old issues is coming 'round again at Bedfordshire Condominiums.
It has to do with voting on major modifications to the property, a protocol that the Trustees of Bedfordshire prefer to handle in Executive Session without the meddlesome interference of the Unit Owners who have to pony up the cost of funding ill-conceived, ill-advised, ill-timed, and occasionally illegal activities.
